Pune, September 8, 2025: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has opened the online registration process for the 2026 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC – Class 12) examinations from September 8. Students can submit applications until September 30, with the exams scheduled for February–March 2026.

The facility is open not just for regular junior college students but also for a wide spectrum of candidates. These include students in vocational courses, repeaters across all streams, private candidates holding valid registration certificates, applicants under the Grade Improvement Scheme, those appearing for isolated subjects, as well as ITI students under the Transfer of Credit system.

Applications must be completed online via the Board’s official website, www.mahahsscboard.in. After forms are filled, junior colleges will receive pre-lists of applicants through their login IDs. Students will then need to check and sign against their names, following which principals must verify and stamp each page before final submission.
