A video going viral on social media shows an unusual incident where a man books a Rapido ride—not to travel, but for something the rider never expected. The clip, shot in Gurgaon, captures a heartwarming moment that has now touched millions.

Normally, people book a Rapido bike or auto to get to their destination. But in this case, the man had a different plan. When the Rapido rider arrived and asked, “Did you book a ride?” the man replied, “Yes, but I don’t need a ride—I just need help pushing my Bullet bike to the nearest petrol pump. It ran out of fuel.”

Initially, the Rapido rider hesitated, saying he had just gotten his bike’s engine rebuilt. But after seeing the customer’s situation, he couldn’t say no. Displaying true kindness, the Rapido rider agreed and pushed the Bullet from behind all the way to the petrol pump.

Once there, the man paid the rider and went to fill up his tank. In the final moments of the 1-minute-7-second clip, the Rapido rider gives a simple yet powerful message: “If someone’s in trouble, help them. That’s what being human is about.”
