Morya Gosavi Sanjeevan Samadhi mahotsav to be held from December 21-25

Shri Mahasadhu Shri Morya Gosavi Sanjeevan Samadhi Mahotsav will be celebrated from 21 to 25 December 2021 at Chinchwad. 
On this occasion, Chinchwad Devasthan Trust, Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and villagers have organized religious programs, cultural, ideological-awareness lectures as well as various social activities including health camps.

This is the 460th year of Sanjeevan Samadhi ceremony. Mandar Maharaj Deo, Chief Trustee of the Trust, said that the festival would be celebrated in the presence of 50 per cent citizens following all the rules of Corona.The festival will be inaugurated by Jagadguru Shankaracharya Vidya Nrusinha Swamy of Kolhapur Karveer Peetha on December 21 at 5 pm. Mayor Usha Dhore, MP Shrirang Barne, MLA Laxman Jagtap, Mahesh Landage, Anna Bansode, Commissioner Rajesh Patil, Deputy Mayor Hirabai Ghule, Leader of the ruling party Namdev Dhake, Leader of Opposition Raju Misal, Trustee Vishram Deo, Habhab Anand Tambe, Adv. Rajendra Umap, Vinod Pawar etc. will be present.

On the occasion of the festival, Shri Morya Gosavi Charitrapathan, Sukta will be held daily from 9 am to 11 am from 21st to 25th December. Bhajan, Kirtan, Sugam Sangeet, Community Atharvashirsha Recitation, ShriThere will be various programs like Morya Gosavi Charitra Recitation, Community Mahabhishek, Blood Donation Camp, Yag, Srisuktapathan, Dental and Ophthalmology Camp, Distribution of Spectacles at reasonable rates. The Karuj Festival will be held in compliance with all the rules of corona laid down by the state government and local administration. All events will be in 50 percent attendance. The Chinchwad Devasthan Trust has appealed to the devotees to follow the rules and take advantage of the darshan.
