Moshi based builder booked for not giving amenities to 282 flat holdersÂ

Pune: As per the instructions given by the court, the Pimpri Chinchwad police booked three partners from Tulip Properties for duping at least 282 flat holders from Swapna Lok Society in Pimpri Chinchwad area.
Ishwar Bhagwan Raskar who is the chairman of the Swapna Lok Society in Laxmi Nagar area of the Moshi in Pimpri Chinchwad city told that, Tulip Properties duped them by not providing various amenities mentioned in their manual book. According to the society chairman, the builder gave them a parking tax receipt but actually parking space was denied for the flat holders.
Raskar further alleges that builder had not given them accounts of development charges, he had not formed society, he had not paid common light bills, water bills before formation of the society and duped flat holders. Hence after failure of negotiation between flat holders and builders, they approached the court.
Acting on the court order, Bhosari MIDC police booked Tulip Properties, and its partners including Akram Zahil Ulla Chaudhari, Bharat Lalaram Chaudhari and Babulal Poonaram Chaudhari under sections 406,420,467,468,471 of the Indian Penal Code.
PSI NR Angaj said, ” As per the complainant, builder duped at least 282 flat holders for not providing various kinds of amenities which were allegedly committed by the said builder.” PSI NR Angaj said, as of now no arrest has been made in this case.
