In a boost for tourists and devotees alike, the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) has announced four new special bus tours starting this July. These tours promise to take passengers to some of the state’s most revered religious sites and historic landmarks, all with the added comfort of semi-luxury “Nim-Aaram” buses.

1. Five Jyotirlinga Darshan Tour

  • Dates: 19th–21st July 2025
  • Duration: 3 days
    Covering five of Maharashtra’s sacred Jyotirlingas—Bhimashankar, Grishneshwar, Trimbakeshwar, Parli Vaijnath, and Aundha Nagnath—this tour offers devotees an opportunity to deepen their spiritual journey.

2. Akkalkot–Gangapur Tour

  • Dates: 22nd–23rd July 2025
  • Duration: 2 days
    Ideal for followers of saints Swami Samarth of Akkalkot and Sri Narasimha Saraswati of Gangapur, this trip also includes a visit to the revered Tuljapur temple.

3. Ashtavinayak Darshan Yatra

  • Dates: 25th–26th July 2025
  • Duration: 2 days
    A two-day pilgrimage covering eight iconic Ganesh temples, offering a complete Ashtavinayak experience in one comfortable journey.

4. Raigad Fort Heritage Tour

  • Date: 30th July 2025
  • Duration: 1 day
