Sakshi Shivdasani, a Mumbai-based influencer with over four lakh followers on Instagram, stirred up controversy by expressing her dislike for the iconic Mumbai street food, Vada Pav. During an appearance on the show ‘Having Said That,’ she boldly declared, ‘Vada Pav is trash. I hate Vada Pav from the bottom of my heart,’ attributing her disdain to the combination of boiled potato and bread.

The hosts of the show engaged in a debate about the snack, discussing its price value and ‘vibes’. Shivdasani stood firm on her opinion, suggesting that adding chutney to the Vada Pav is not a unique aspect. Surprisingly, she concluded by stating that she finds Samosa Pav to be a superior option.

The video, originally shared in December 2023, has garnered significant attention, accumulating two million views and over 47,000 likes. Social media users expressed their disagreement, with some condemning her opinion and others humorously critiquing her taste preferences.
