A video capturing a man allegedly stealing a life jacket from an IndiGo flight has gone viral, sparking widespread anger and disbelief online. The footage shows a fellow passenger confronting the individual mid-flight, asking him to open his backpack, only to discover a life vest tucked inside.
The life jackets, standard safety equipment placed under each seat, are meant for emergency use and are not to be removed from the aircraft. Tampering with or stealing them is considered a serious violation of aviation safety norms.
