During the festival season, securing a train ticket becomes quite difficult, particularly during Chhath, when trains on the Bihar route are heavily packed. Some passengers can be spotted traveling close to the toilet or even hanging out of the window, finding unique ways to get a seat. Recently, numerous videos have surfaced on social media showcasing passengers attempting to create their own seating arrangements in overcrowded trains.

One particular video, which has been making the rounds online, captures a passenger who ingeniously fashioned a hammock-like seat for a more comfortable ride in the packed train. The footage shows him skillfully weaving a cot between two berths with a rope to claim a spot to sit or lie down. As he constructs his makeshift seat, other passengers watch curiously, with some recording the creative setup on their phones. While people have previously used bed sheets for temporary seating, this instance of someone weaving their own berth seems to be unprecedented.
