PCMC and Auto Cluster Development and Research Institute to make directory of start ups in Pimpri Chinchwad
Pimpri Chinchwad Start-up Incubation Centre is coming up with a Start-up Directory for start-ups that are located in the PCMC area. This will help to work in a collaborative manner and grow the businesses. It is appealed to all the Start Ups to fill the bellow mentioned form in order to receive various technological updates, government schemes, new initiatives and many more. All the registered Start-Ups will be updated on the above mentioned points. The details gathered through the forms will be compiled and published.
The Auto Cluster Development and Research Institute is a facility for providing support to Small and Medium Enterprises. It provides an area of the common facility, validation, training, seminar, workshop, and market promotional activities, especially for the automotive and engineering sector like reverse engineering and design, prototype manufacturing, environmental testing, rubber and polymer analysis etc. This institute has established Pimpri Chinchwad as one of the biggest names in playing host to some of the biggest events in the automobile sector.
Under the Smart City Mission of Pimpri Chinchwad, an Incubation Center was set up on 14th Nov 2019 to cater to the needs of budding entrepreneurs/startups in the city in collaboration of Maratha Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA) and PCMC Auto cluster Research and Development Institute. The main objective of the Incubation Center is to carry on the activity of advising, guiding, helping and assisting Start Up Units to establish Technology and Innovation based enterprises in and around the city.
Some of the successful start-ups which are evolving under the roof of incubation centre comprise GOQii Vital 3.0 Health Tracker, Wayumitra – The Rooftop Table Turbine, Smart Drone for Smart City. These projects have received overwhelming response from customers all over India. Number of upcoming innovative projects are in the development phase.
