Marking his debut solo exhibition, Rajesh Kedare presents a heartfelt series of paintings celebrating the many endearing forms of Lord Ganesha. These works blend emotions, tradition, and imagination, depicting not only the external form of Ganesha but also his essence in various contexts through emotions, expressions, rituals, and festivals. Visitors can expect to witness vibrant and unique portrayals of Ganesha, which have never been seen before.
Prarambh, meaning “the beginning,” is more than just a title — it signifies a sacred first step in Rajesh Kedare’s journey as an artist. This show is a sincere offering to Lord Ganesha, the eternal symbol of wisdom, remover of obstacles, and patron of the arts.
The collection explores Ganesha through multiple lenses — literal, abstract, emotional, and symbolic. Each canvas becomes an intimate dialogue between form and feeling, tradition and imagination. From abstract brushstrokes to detailed realism, from divine innocence to cosmic energy, the works invite viewers to see Lord Ganesha not just as a form worshipped externally, but as a presence felt within.Inspired by devotion, rituals, festivals, and moments of inner silence, Rajesh’s paintings blend traditional imagery with a personal, contemplative gaze. His Ganesha is sometimes joyful, sometimes serene, sometimes vibrant, sometimes subtle, but always deeply present.
