Pune, September 30 – Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), a worldwide organization that provides free assistance to individuals struggling with alcohol addiction, will organize free awareness stalls on October 1 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. outside the outpatient departments (OPD) of government and private hospitals.

The initiative will be conducted at Sassoon Hospital, Kamla Nehru Hospital, Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, D. Y. Patil Hospital (Chinchwad), Aundh Hospital, Yerwada Mental Hospital, YCM Hospital, Ambedkar Hospital (Khadki), Wagholi Primary Health Center, Rajiv Gandhi Hospital, along with several other government and private hospitals in both rural and urban parts of the district.

At these awareness stalls, alcohol-dependent patients and their families will receive free guidance, counseling, and informational pamphlets about Alcoholics Anonymous (AA).
