Pune, October 1, 2025: The Bangiya Samsad Nagar Road (BSNR), a registered charitable organization, is celebrating its 21st year of “Shree Shree Durga Puja” at the Symbiosis Institute Ground, Vimannagar. This year, the festivities began with social initiatives, including a blood donation camp on September 27, an eye check-up camp on September 28, and a free health check-up and blood test camp on September 30, 2025.

The inaugural function, Bodhan, was graced by Joint Commissioner of Police Ranjan Kumar Sharma IPS and the Vice Chancellor of Pune University. As in previous years, BSNR is organizing Annadan (free food distribution) for all visitors, regardless of caste or creed, expecting around 2,000 attendees each day over the three-day celebration.

Devotees will worship Devi Durga through Arati, Havan, and other traditional rituals. The event also features cultural competitions, Dhunachi Naach, Sankha-Dhawni, Ulu-Dhawni, and other performances, promoting joy, harmony, and social responsibility. The celebration emphasizes peace, unity, love, and environmental awareness.
