Pune, August 25, 2025: To commemorate the 18th ascension anniversary of Dadi Prakashmani, former Chief Administrator of the Brahma Kumaris organization, which is celebrated as World Brotherhood Day, a blood donation camp was organized on 24 August at Jagdamba Bhawan, Pisoli, Pune under the massive blood donation campaign organized by Brahma Kumaris Institute between 22nd to 25th August across the country and Nepal as well.

On this occasion, Assistant Police Inspector Sukeshani Jadhav of Kondhwa Police Station, Pune, Aarti Thakkar of Inner Wheels Club of Pune Downtown, BJP leader Chetan Tilekar, former corporator Ranjana Tilekar expressed their best wishes for this blood donation campaign and inaugurated the program.

Senior Rajyoga teacher Brahmakumari Rukmini sister gave the message on this occasion that the biggest form of service is selfless donation and blood donation is true service to humanity. The life of Dadi Prakashmani inspires us to have this brotherhood and cooperation in society.

At the beginning of the camp, the attendees were given Raja Yoga meditation experience, which infused positive energy and a spirit of service in everyone.

With the enthusiastic participation of the people in this campaign, more than 80 units of blood were collected, which will give a new lease of life to many needy lives.

On this occasion, Sassoon General Hospital and B.G. Government Medical College presented a letter of appreciation to the Brahma Kumaris organization for its social service work. This blood donation mega campaign was an inspiring effort to carry forward the spirit of world brotherhood while paying homage to the memory of Dadi Prakashmani.
