From the vibrant streets of Pune to the global stage of Washington, Natasha Bhagwat’s journey is a shining example of resilience, ambition, and empowerment. Recently crowned Mrs India Washington 2024-2025 at the 12th annual AmPowering Global Women Festival, Natasha is making headlines not just for her title, but for the inspiring story behind it. 

The prestigious festival, which draws women from around the world, celebrates strength, diversity, and achievements. For Natasha, the event was far more than a beauty pageant—it was a powerful platform to advocate for women balancing ambition with responsibility.

Currently based in Washington and working as a Program Manager at Amazon, Natasha wears many hats. Beyond the corporate world, she is also a national-level badminton player and an active coach, mentoring over 50 young athletes to follow their passion for sports.

“I want women to know that they can chase their dreams without giving up on their responsibilities,” Natasha shared. “It’s all about balance, discipline, and believing in your potential.”

Her win at the AmPowering Festival was a moment of pride not just for herself, but for the many women she hopes to inspire across continents. “My roots are in Pune, and though I now live in Washington, I carry my culture and community with me wherever I go.”
