A drumstick trader in the Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Market Yard informed that the prices of drumsticks have come down and are unlikely to increase. With the drumstick season in Gujarat expected to last from November to February, the market is likely to remain flooded with supplies, keeping prices in check.
The decrease in prices has brought relief to housewives, who had been struggling to incorporate drumsticks into their cooking due to the high prices. Drumsticks are a staple ingredient in many Indian dishes, including sambar and curries.
