Pune: Green Umbrella Hosts Pune’s Only Sustainable Lifestyle Exhibition, Showcasing Eco-Friendly Innovations
Green Umbrella, founded by sustainability advocates- Pranati Shroff Munot and Chaitali Gala, successfully hosted the second edition of Pune’s only sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle exhibition on March 1 at Pocha Hall, Boat Club. The event provided an accessible platform for individuals to explore environmentally conscious options, inspiring them to make responsible choices for the planet. The exhibition featured a diverse array of exhibitors, ranging from innovative startups to established industry leaders across sectors such as fashion, technology, food, and health—all committed to promoting environmental responsibility. Among the standout participating brands were Eco-Karri, Ugaoo, Raya, Navami, Irisha Originals, One Less, Plant Power, and Bougainvillea to name a few.
Chaitali Gala shared, “What excited me most was the creativity and innovation behind sustainable solutions. Green Umbrella provided a dynamic platform to showcase brands making a positive environmental impact—where innovation met sustainability.”
What truly stood out was the stunning decor and photo op at the entrance, thoughtfully crafted using upcycled materials and completely free of plastic— a perfect showcase of sustainable creativity. A key highlight of the exhibition was the careful assessment of each brand’s carbon footprint, with this information transparently shared with consumers. This empowered shoppers to make informed, eco-conscious choices that aligned with their values and contributed to mitigating climate change.

Green Umbrella aims to showcase conscious lifestyle products and services created by Indians for the world,” says Pranati Shroff Munot, co-founder of Green Umbrella.
