Personalized Attention and Specialized Sessions

The studio offers exclusive women-only batches, providing a comfortable and private environment for women to train. The studio’s schedule features a variety of classes throughout the week, including:

Morning Batches:

  • Yoga: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 8:30 am
  • Functional & Strength Training: Monday and Thursday, 8:30 am – 9:30 am, 10:00 am – 11:00 am
  • Zumba: Tuesday, 8:30 am – 9:30 am, 10:00 am – 11:00 am
  • Pilates: Wednesday, 8:30 am – 9:30 am, 10:00 am – 11:00 am
  • Aerobics: Friday, 8:30 am – 9:30 am, 10:00 am – 11:00 am
  • Women’s Batch: Every day, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm and 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
