Pune | June 20, 2025: Good news for Pune Metro commuters! The much-awaited Khadki Metro Station will be open for passenger services from Saturday, June 21, 2025 . The station is located on Pune Metro’s Phase 1 Corridor running between Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) and Swargate — a vital route connecting Pune’s twin cities.

Strategically positioned near Khadki Railway Station , the metro station offers seamless integration between rail and metro services , allowing passengers direct access to railway platforms from the metro premises. This integration is expected to significantly ease commuting for local residents and long-distance travelers, offering a smoother and more convenient public transport experience.

With the opening of this station, accessibility to key areas such as Khadki, Pune University, Aundh IT Park, Khadki Cantonment, Khadki Bazaar, Range Hill, Aundh Road, Ordnance Factory Hospital, and Mula Road will improve greatly.
