Kumar Sublime co operative housing society limited of Kondhwa, Pune City has been always in the forefront in implementing eco-friendly initiatives. The new initiative of solar roof top Grid connected solar Power plant was commissioned and inaugurated on 10th May 2025.

The society management committee executed this initiative within a span of 09th Months from its decision in society annual general body meeting on 11 August 2024 to the plants commissioning on 10 May 2025. The journey of 09 months is tabulated as under.
