Pune, August 12, 2025: With Ganeshotsav just days away, Pune Metro has announced a special travel plan for commuters and devotees. To make travel across the city easier during the festive season, a ₹100 daily pass will soon be introduced, allowing passengers to travel unlimited times in a single day on Pune Metro routes. The initiative aims to reduce traffic congestion and parking issues that typically trouble visitors during the festival, especially those travelling to witness Ganpati processions across the city.
The pass will be valid for unlimited journeys on any metro station between the two operational routes – Pimpri-Chinchwad to Swargate and Vanaz to Ramwadi.
