Pune Metro Commuters To Get Insurance for Ticket Prices
A list of objects that passengers are not allowed to carry on Pune Metro Trains or at the stations has been released by Pune Metro Rail. As part of their continuous efforts to guarantee every passenger’s safety and security, the Pune Metro has made this announcement.
As per further information from the X handle of Pune Metro “Attention passengers! Avoid carrying restricted items during the journey for a smooth and safe journey of Pune Metro.”
Following are the list of items restricted for commuters to carry during Pune metro travel:
- Firearms, knives, and sharp objects
- Alcohol, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, matches and lighters
- Flammable substances such as petrol and diesel
- Tobacco and related products
- Pets (animals and birds)
- Chemical substances, Gas cylinders etc
It is recommended that commuters make a note of this list and make sure they don’t unintentionally carry these restricted items. As part of the security measures that Pune Metro Rail enforces, breaking these rules could result in penalties.
