Exposed, a disturbing incident of a six-year-old girl being molested by a student transport van driver.
A disturbing incident of a six-year-old girl, molested by a van driver transporting students has been exposed. Wanwadi police have arrested the van driver in this case. Case has been registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act (POCSO).
The person, Sanjay Jeting Reddy , 45yrs, resident of Hadapsar, has been arrested. The girl’s mother filed a complaint in Hadapsar police station.
Four days ago, victim’s friend came home from school and complained to her father. The father took her into confidence and inquired about the incident. She informed her father that Sanjay uncle was doing obscene acts with my friend
Then the next day the father dropped the girl to school on a bike. He went to the girl’s friend’s house and informed the parents about this. Parents questioned the girl.
The accused, Sanjay Uncle informed that he had committed an obscene act. A complaint was then lodged with the Wanwadi police.
Assistant Commissioner, Senior Police Inspector immediately started the investigation and van driver Reddy was arrested.
