Pune: Pay Property Tax Online By September 30 To Get 4% Rebate, Announces PCMC
Pimpri, September 11, 2025: The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has announced a special rebate scheme for property owners who pay their property tax online by September 30, 2025. Those who have not yet cleared their dues can avail a direct 4% discount on the general tax for the current year if the payment is made through the online system before the deadline.
According to PCMC’s Taxation and Collection Department, timely tax payment is crucial to ensure uninterrupted implementation of city development works, facilities, and essential services. To encourage prompt payments, the civic body has been offering various rebates from time to time, and this 4% rebate is part of that initiative.
How to Pay Online:

Click on the “Citizens” tab and go to the “Property Tax Department.”
Enter your registered mobile number or property number.
An OTP will be sent to your mobile. Enter the OTP, select “Pay Bill,” and complete the transaction with the rebate applied.
