Pune: PMC Announces Water Cut On August 21. Check Details
Pune, August 18, 2025: The Pune Municipal Corporation’s Bund Garden Water Supply Department has announced urgent maintenance and repair work on the water supply system.
Due to this, water supply will remain shut in several parts of Nagar Road on Thursday, August 21.
According to the civic body, residents may experience low-pressure and delayed water supply on Friday, August 22.
Citizens have been urged to take note of the disruption and cooperate with the administration during this period.
Areas affected by the shutdown include Yerawada, Sangamwadi, Tingrenagar, Vidyanagar, Vadgaonsheri, Kharadi, Chandanagar, Somnathnagar, Viman Nagar, Lohegaon, Vishrantwadi, Nagpur Chawl, Yerawada Prison Colony, Press Colony, Kalyaninagar, Dhanori, Kalwad, Phulenagar, Sapras, Shantinagar, Pratiknagar, and Kasturba Vasahat.
The Pune Municipal Corporation has requested residents in these localities to store sufficient water in advance and use it judiciously until supply is restored.
