Pune:Â PMRDA Announces E-Auction of 35 Plots On 80-Year Lease Basis
Pune: Government Approves 4 PMRDA Town Planning Schemes, Speeds Up Ring Road Development
Pimpri, July 22, 2025:Â The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has invited applications for the e-auction of 35 plots across its jurisdiction. The plots will be leased for 80 years through an online bidding process.
The auction includes 32 utility plots, 2 reserved educational plots, and 1 public utility plot earmarked for a library or music school. These plots are spread across various villages in Haveli, Khed, Maval, and Mulshi talukas.
Eligible individuals and institutions can register and download tender documents from July 21, 2025, 5:00 PM to August 11, 2025, 5:00 PM on the official portal https://eauction.gov.in.
The list of technically qualified bidders will be announced on August 21, 2025, and the e-auction will go live on August 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Interested parties can view detailed terms and conditions on https://eauction.gov.in and www.pmrda.gov.in.
PMRDA Metropolitan Commissioner Dr. Yogesh Mhase urged individuals and organizations to actively participate in the process.
