These classes, focusing on antenatal care (ANC Yoga), are designed specifically for expecting mothers to ensure a healthy and safe pregnancy journey.
The ANC Yoga program has been developed by a medical expert with an evidence-based approach, aiming to improve posture, reduce back pain, enhance sleep quality, and support smoother deliveries.
