Pune: Proposals Invited For Alternate Accommodation For Kondhwa Post Office
Pune: The Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Pune City East Division, has issue notice inviting proposals from landlords, institutions, and firms to provide alternate accommodation for the Kondhwa Post Office on a rental basis for a period of five years. Â
Requirements:
- – Location: The proposed space should be located within the existing area of the Kondhwa Post Office.
- – Space: A minimum carpet area of 900 sq. ft. in an RCC building.
- – Amenities: The premises should have electricity, water supply, a functional WC/bathroom, and parking facilities for staff and the public.
- – Preference: Ground-floor premises are preferred.
- – Accessibility: Easy access for staff, students, and the public to avail postal services.
- – Additional Requirements: Availability of telephone connectivity and a rough sketch map of the premises.
Submission Documents:
Proposals must include:Â Â
1. Approved building plan from Pune Municipal Corporation.
2. Copy of property tax bill.
3. Proof of property ownership or registration.
4. Copy of 7/12 extract or property card/index II.
5. Details of type and year of construction.
Terms and Conditions:Â Â
- – The landlord will bear municipal taxes.
- – Any required additions or alterations will need to be carried out by the landlord.
- – If accepted, the landlord will sign a five-year lease agreement (as per the Department of Posts format) with a one-year option clause. The agreement will be registered at the Department’s expense.
Interested parties should submit their proposals to the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Pune City East Division, Pune-411037. The department reserves the right to reject any proposal without providing reasons.
