Sameer Bhadale, the Sarpanch of Wagholi, recently joined forces with the ManavDarshan Foundation and concerned residents of Green Groves Society to tackle a significant issue plaguing their community.

The problem in question revolves around the unfortunate dumping of garbage behind Green Groves Society, resulting in an unsightly landscape overrun with refuse. This eyesore has not only attracted pigs and dogs but has also become a breeding ground for various diseases, posing a threat to the health and well-being of residents.

In an admirable demonstration of leadership and civic duty, Bhadale, along with diligent PMC employees and the ManavDarshan Foundation team, conducted a site visit to assess the situation firsthand. Witnessing the dire state of the dumpyard, Bhadale attentively listened to the community’s plea from Green Groves society for clean air and a revitalized environment. He pledged his unwavering commitment to promptly and effectively address the issue, informed Monika Khera from ManavDarshan Foundation.

It is encouraging to see local residents and Bhadale who have helped us in transforming the land adjacent to Green Groves Society, which was a dumping ground.
