Pune-Shirur Elevated Road Project: Complete Tender Process, Appeals Wadgaon Sheri MLA
Pune: In a bid to resolve traffic congestion issues in the Vadgaonsheri constituency, MLA Bapu Pathare has been making continuous efforts. The Pune to Shirur Elevated Road Project has now included a 5-kilometre stretch from Phoenix Mall (Hyatt Hotel) to Kharadi Octroi Naka.
Earlier, this section was excluded from the project. However, due to consistent follow-up by MLA Bapu Pathare, the excluded part has been reinstated. As the tender process for this work is yet to commence, Pathare met with Ranjit Hande, Chief Engineer of the Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation, and submitted a memorandum demanding the immediate completion of the tender process for the said work.
The Pune-Shirur Elevated Road is expected to ease traffic congestion on the Pune-Ahmednagar Road and provide relief to commuters by ensuring smoother traffic flow.
