Pune, July 19, 2025: In a commendable display of community collaboration, the residents of Sus and Mhalunge have come together to address a long-standing road issue on the Vibgyor School Road. Thanks to the united efforts of 18 residential societies under the banner of the Sus-Mhalunge Association, the patchwork of damaged sections of the road has been successfully completed.

The association, comprising active members from various societies, has been at the forefront of identifying and addressing civic challenges in the area. Chairman Sudeep Padale, Secretary Shankar Bhau, Treasurer Ramesh Bhau, and Joint Secretary Mukesh Waghadhare have been leading monthly meetings to discuss critical issues and escalate them effectively to the municipal authorities.

Their proactive approach bore fruit when the road issue, lying unresolved for months, was taken up with the area’s local Corporator and current Guardian Corporator of PMC, Baburao Chandere. With his support and intervention, the necessary repairs were carried out swiftly, ensuring smoother and safer commuting for residents and visitors alike.
