In a bid to further enhance Pune’s traffic management, a demo of the city’s first WhatsApp-based chatbot was conducted today. This initiative comes after successful implementation of the PTP app and AI-based camera systems aimed at monitoring and improving traffic flow.

The newly introduced chatbot will allow citizens to actively participate in maintaining traffic discipline by reporting traffic violations directly through WhatsApp. Once fully operational, it is expected to serve as an effective bridge between authorities and residents, helping ensure smoother and safer road conditions across the city.
