Pune: Two Women Killed as Mixer Truck Overturns on Hinjawadi-Maan Road
Pune, January 24, 2025: A tragic accident on the Hinjawadi-Maan Road claimed the lives of two women when a mixer truck overturned and fell onto their two-wheeler.
The incident occurred at approximately 4 PM. According to reports, the truck overturned while negotiating a turn, crushing the two-wheeler bearing registration number MH 12 XL 5744.
It is initially suspected that both the young women are IT engineers, and they were riding on the two-wheeler. The Hinjewadi police are investigating.
Officials from the Hinjawadi Police Station and the Hinjawadi Traffic Division rushed to the scene to manage the situation and investigate the accident. Further details about the victims and the cause of the mishap are awaited.
