Pune, October 4, 2025: The 22nd year celebrations of Shri Bichkshana Durgotsav 2025 concluded with grandeur and devotion at Shri Sankatharan Shiv Mandir, NIBM Circle, Kondhwa. The five-day festival brought together thousands of devotees, blending spiritual rituals with cultural heritage.

From Saptami to Navami, nearly 1,000 devotees participated in the morning bhog each day, while countless others from across the country and abroad thronged the mandir from early morning until midnight. The puja stood out as a unique crowd-funded celebration – for the people, by the people – and open to all free of cost.

Highlights of the festivities included four days of the traditional Dhunuchi Naach, accompanied by mesmerizing classical and semi-classical music and dance performances that showcased India’s spiritual and cultural richness.

Organizers described the event as a resounding success, attributing its energy and spirit to the divine blessings of Shri Bichkshana Durga. The Durgotsav embodied five days of bhakti, devotion, shakti, harmony, and spiritual awakening, leaving devotees with a deep sense of connection to faith and tradition.
