Pune’s Panchshil Realty Acquires Capgemini’s Airoli Campus for ₹550 Crore

Capgemini Sells Airoli Knowledge Park to Panchshil Realty Subsidiary for ₹550 Crore
Capgemini Technology Limited has sold its Knowledge Park campus in Airoli, Thane, near Mumbai, to Prime Lohegaon Infraspaces LLP, a subsidiary of Pune-based Panchshil Realty, for ₹550 crore. The deal, registered on September 17, 2025, is among the largest commercial real estate transactions in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region this year.
According to property documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the transaction attracted a stamp duty of ₹27.5 crore. The acquisition includes multiple land parcels covering 15.38 acres, with five commercial buildings, a training centre, utility blocks, a visitors’ plaza, three cafes, and a guest house.
The Knowledge Park campus has long served as a major IT hub, housing thousands of professionals. Companies such as Here Technologies, GEP, Atos Global IT Solutions & Services Pvt Ltd, and Solcen Technologies Pvt Ltd currently operate from the site.
Emails sent to both Capgemini Technology Pvt Ltd and Panchshil Group seeking comments remained unanswered at the time of reporting.
