Directed by Mohit Suri, Saiyaara had a phenomenal opening weekend, earning Rs 83 crore in its first three days alone. The momentum carried into Monday (day 4), with early estimates reporting Rs 22.50 crore, pushing the total past the Rs 100 crore mark—an unprecedented feat for a film without established stars.

According to Box Office India, the film is witnessing extraordinary business not only in urban multiplexes but also in mass belts across North India, Bihar, West Bengal, Rajasthan, and Central India (CI). This rare pan-India appeal is being attributed to the film’s emotionally resonant music, nostalgic resemblance to Aashiqui 2, and a strategic marketing campaign that’s gone viral on social media.
