An incident of robbery has taken place at a famous hotel on Salunke Vihar road in Kondhwa. The incident took place at a restaurant named Jashn Hotel on 18th October (Wednesday).
As per further information from Santosh Gaikwad, Police Sub Inspector, Wanowrie Police Station, the plaintiff in this runs a hotel known as Jashn Hotel at Salunke Vihar Road in Wanowrie, Pune.
While the iron safety locker and his office in Jashn Hotel were locked, the accused, one of the workers of the hotel run by the plaintiff, opened the office door and entered through it and opened the iron safe locker.
The accused has stolen Rs 26,54,000 in cash and a branded watch worth Rs 3,00,000.
A case has been registered at Wanowrie Police Station under Section 381 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Further investigation into the matter is underway.
