Sharadiya Navratri mahotsav begins today
Chatushrungi Temple in Pune Closes VIP Darshan for Navratri, Expects One Lakh Devotees
The most awaited Sharadiya Navratri mahotsav began today. As per the government guidelines, this year navratri celebrations this year would be a low key affair.
Today traditional installation ceremony held at Chatushringi mandir in presence of the temple trustees and priests.
Trustee Narendra Angal conducted all the pujas in the traditional way at 9 am. Narayan shastri kanade and Shriram Shastri Kanade priests performed Paurohitya.
The temple shall celebrate the festival in a low key affair and also celebrate Dussera in a simple way. Everyday at 10 am and 8.30 pm aarti will aired live. A huge television screen is placed at the main gate. Facebook page and YouTube channel shall also telecast live aarti and homas.
