Summer is here and brings in pollution, heat and dust.Very crucial is to use a sunscreen 30 or maybe more than that 40 or 50. Very important to cleanse with gentle cleansers and scrubs. Followed by an organic mask. This should be followed by an evening routine.

Our appetite reduces during summer, a good idea is to drink different juices. Morning walk followed by nourishing juices.A good choice is Pomegranate juice which promotes collagen ,rich in Vitamin c, So also Cranberry juice helps protect skin from Skin damage. Orange juice has Hydrating qualities, improves skin texture. Aloevera juice is amazing for our physical self. Vegetable juice beetroot juice is very good for our general health.
Acai berry is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C,and vitamin E,and helps to nourish your skin.
Water melon juice contains electrolytes hydrates and plumps skin.drink your juice immediately after removing them .Salads should contain carrots beetroot and spinach.

An interesting feature of summer fruits is that they make a wonderful face mask. What I had tried on a personal level was the mango face mask and one I introduced was the Coconut facial. The coconut 🥥 water, the inner cream of the coconut as the mask makes the skin hydrated and beautiful.
So also herbal mask in water melon juice gives a beautiful glow to the face.
Another treatment is with rice water facial which polishes the skin and softens it .

Hydrating treatment for hair is to apply curd for 10 minutes. This removes the frizz and makes for healthy scalp and hair. Repeat this treatment when ever you wash your hair. For a healthy skin follow this schedule .and remain fresh during summer.
