In a move aimed at enhancing the pilgrimage experience, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has rolled out WhatsApp-based services for devotees visiting the Tirumala Temple. This new digital initiative simplifies access to essential services like ticket bookings, accommodation updates, and real-time temple activity alerts.

Through the WhatsApp platform, TTD has integrated 15 key services to streamline temple visits and minimize waiting time for pilgrims.

TTD has announced plans to expand these services further by adding features related to donations and other temple functions, making temple visits smoother and more accessible for all.

The launch follows a review meeting chaired by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and aligns with the state government’s broader e-governance efforts. These efforts have already been adopted across multiple public services, including issuance of caste and income certificates.
