Agriculture Minister Dhananjay Munde’s wife, Rajshree Munde. As per information, the car in which Rajshree Munde was travelling, rammed into a bus from behind on the Pune-Solapur National Highway at Sortapwadi Phata (Tq. Haveli) early Thursday morning.
Rajshree was driving her Land Cruiser towards Pune when the accident occurred. The bus was approaching the Ghule petrol pump near Sortapwadi Phata, but Rajshree failed to anticipate it, resulting in the collision. The impact was severe, and the Land Cruiser veered off the highway. Local police and emergency services rushed to the scene, providing immediate assistance.
The exact cause of the accident is yet to be determined. However, it’s reported that despite reduced traffic on the highway at night, both vehicles were speeding.
