Two Killed in Head-On Collision on Elphinstone Bridge in Mumbai
Mumbai: A tragic road accident on Elphinstone Bridge in Dadar West claimed two lives on March 29 around 1:35 PM.
According to reports, 21-year-old Priyanshu Amar Wandre was driving a vehicle (MH01, ER 9779) at high speed on the north-bound lane toward Dadar Railway Station. In a reckless maneuver, he suddenly swerved into the opposite lane, colliding head-on with a taxi (MH01, BD 4329) coming from the other direction.
The impact of the crash resulted in the deaths of the taxi driver, identified as Shankar, and his passenger, 55-year-old Rekha Parmar.
