In a video shared on Instagram, she recounted the incident, explaining that while participating in a ball pit activity, she collided with the boundary wall, resulting in the injury.
Rajora alleged that the park lacked basic safety measures, including untrained staff, inadequate landing areas, and no on-site medical facilities. She further claimed that multiple visitors reported injuries on the same day due to similar negligence.
Appealing to parents and authorities, Rajora urged spreading awareness to ensure better safety standards and prevent further incidents. The incident has sparked concerns over the management and safety protocols of recreational parks in the city.
