The footage begins with the woman sitting atop a car in the midst of heavy rain. She then leaps onto the road and starts dancing, oblivious to the vehicles rapidly approaching from behind. After her performance, she returns to the car.
The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by a user named Nishant Sharma, who expressed concern in the caption, “Look at the video, how she is dancing in the middle of the road, and vehicles are coming at high speed from behind. She even crossed the white line of the road by jumping from the roof of the car.”
Since its posting on August 19, the video has amassed over 200,000 views, 500 likes, and numerous comments, with many users condemning the woman’s actions.
The Uttar Pradesh Police responded to the video on their official X account, requesting details such as the vehicle number, time, date, and location to take appropriate measures.
The video has sparked outrage online, with one user calling the act “very shameful,” another demanding a ban on public reel-making, and a third describing it as “public nuisance.”
