Weather Update: Pune Records 2 Degree Drop In Temperature, Brings Back Chill In The Air 

Pune experienced a significant drop in temperature, with the mercury plummeting by 2 degrees Celsius in just 24 hours. According to the temperature readings, Shivajinagar recorded a temperature of 12.6 degrees Celsius on December 13, which dropped to 10.1 degrees Celsius on December 14.

This trend was observed across the city, with other areas also recording a significant drop in temperature. The minimum temperature in Pune on December 14 was recorded at 10.1 degrees Celsius, making it one of the coldest nights in the city.

As per the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecast, the minimum temperature is expected to be around 15.51°C, while the maximum temperature is expected to be around 28.02°C. Pune recorded a temperature of 22.71°C on December 14, 2024, with a relative humidity of 32% and a wind speed of 32 km/h.

The city’s temperature is expected to remain low for the next few days, making it ideal for outdoor activities. The sun rose at 06:58 AM and set at 06:00 PM, providing ample daylight for citizens to enjoy the pleasant weather.
