30 bed Covid care center set up at Sant Gadge Baba Maharaj school in Mitha Nagar

Pune Municipal Corporation, The Muslim Foundation and Knowledge Park Charitable Trust together started a Covid Care facility at Mitha Nagar based Sant Gadgebaba Maharaj school.

The facility was inaugurated online at the hands of Deputy Chief minister of Maharashtra Ajit Pawar, divisional commissioner Saurabh Rao, Pune Collector Dr Rajesh Deshmukh, Pune, MLA Hadapsar constituency Chetan Tupe, Nationalist Congress Party Pune City president and Local Corporator Prabhag 25 Prashant Jagtap, local Corporator Prabhag 26 Nanda Lonkar, Pune Municipal Corporation Commissioner Vikram Kumar, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation Commissioner Rajesh Patil, Pune Rural Police Dr Abhjnav Deshmukh and Abdul Gafoor Ahmed Pathan, Prabhag 27 Corporator.

Ajit Pawar said, “This newly set up facility has been well equipped with adequate facilities, medical staff, medicines and doctors. Citizens are appealed to consult a medical doctor immediately when symptoms arise.”
