A 26-year-old husband named Rajesh Kumar from Bihar’s Ramnagar village learned about his wife’s intimate relationship with her childhood boyfriend after his parents caught the man red-handed as he sneaked into their house on a recent night.
Without much drama or fighting, the husband helped his wife and mother of their two-year-old son Khushboo, 22, marry her love. The boyfriend is identified as Chandan (24).
This incident at Ramnagar village in Lakhisarai district surprised people and the village community. Soon it became the talk of the town.
The secret of Khushboo was uncovered when Chandan visited her house late in the night and got caught by Khushboo’s in-laws.
The next day, Rajesh presented Chandan in front of the village and with their consent, arranged to marry Khushboo to her former lover.
A small wedding ceremony was held at a local temple, and Rajesh bid them farewell.
Khushboo confirmed her husband’s awareness of the relationship and expressed her gratitude. “He agreed to our wedding after finding me with my boyfriend. Now, I will stay with my new husband,” she said.
The married couple also have a son. Despite the unusual situation here, Rajesh did not part with his two-year-old son, Ayush, whom he and his mother are devoted to.
Rajesh opted to stay with his two-year-old son despite the circumstances. His mother shared with TOI, “We can’t live without him. He brings joy to our lives.”
