New Sub-Sessions Court Approved For Pimpri-Chinchwad City

The Governor has recently approved the establishment of a sub-sessions court for the city, and a draft notification has been issued regarding this matter. As a result, the sub-sessions court in the city will operate under the jurisdiction of additional session judges. According to the court’s notice, the necessary approved positions for the additional district and session court for Pimpri-Chinchwad, along with their salary scales and other details, will be provided.
Additional Sessions Judge, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Stenographer Grade One, Senior Clerk, Junior Clerk, Bailiff, Driver, Book Binder, Constable, Watchman, Sweeper, etc are required for this court now. The notice also mentions the monthly and annual expenses for the required posts for Government and Civil court.
The villages that fall under the court’s jurisdiction include Charholi Budruk, Talawade, Chikhali, Moshi, Dudulgaon, Chowiswadi, Vadmukhwadi, Dighi, Bopkhel, Mamurdi, Kiwale, Ravet, Punawale, Wakad, Dapodi, Borhadewadi, Tathawade, Bhosari, Sangvi, Akurdi, Chinchwad, Pimpri, Pimple Nilakh, Pimple Saudagar, Pimple Gurav, Rahatni, Thergaon, and Nigdi.
