Pune Metro Announces Extended Services: Special 24-Hour Operation on Anant Chaturdashi
Pune Metro has announced a special extension of service hours for the convenience of commuters during Ganesh Festival. From 10th September 2024 to 16th September 2024, the metro will operate from 6:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight, providing a full 18 hours of service each day for an entire week. This extended schedule is aimed at accommodating the increased passenger flow during the festive season, as well as ongoing events in the city.
Additionally, on the occasion of Anant Chaturdashi, metro services will run continuously from 6:00 AM on 17th September 2024 to 6:00 AM on 18th September 2024 for 24 hours. All passengers are requested to take note of this special arrangement and plan their journeys accordingly.
Pune Metro authorities have advised commuters to stay updated on any service changes by checking the official website or mobile app. This extended service is expected to ease traffic congestion and enhance the overall commuting experience.
