Pune To Host MES Kalavardhini and Swaradhar Foundation's Yuva Sangeet Sabha On October 20
Pune, October 14, 2024: Maharashtra Education Society’s (MES) Kalavardhini, in collaboration with Swaradhar Foundation, is all set to host ‘Urja – Yuva Sangeet Sabha’, a special musical event celebrating the young and promising artists of Hindustani Classical Music. The event will take place on Sunday, October 20, at 10am at the Bhave Primary School Auditorium (Renuka Swaroop School Campus), Sadashiv Peth, Pune. The entry to the program is free for all on a first come first served basis.
The program will witness solo performances offering a wonderful opportunity to experience live performances by budding artists like Aniruddha Pandit (solo tabla), Kalyani Deshpande (sitar), and Kedar Kelkar (vocals), accompanied by Parth Tarabadkar, Shantanu Deshmukh, and Kalpataru Thakre.
The event will be graced by prominent guests including renowned actor Dr. Rahul Solapurkar as the Chief Guest, Air Marshall (Retd) Bhushan Gokhale- President of MES, Babasaheb Shinde- Chairman of the Governing Council at MES and Anandi Patil, Vice President of the Governing Council at MES.
This musical gathering is being organized to showcase the future of Indian classical music, bringing together passionate young artists and an appreciative audience for a morning filled with soulful rhythms and melodies, informed Neel Dixit, Swaradhar Foundation.
