Special Lok Adalat At High Court And Benches On November 30 And December 1
Pune, October 17: The Mumbai High Court, along with the Nagpur and Aurangabad benches, will hold a special Lok Adalat on November 30 and December 1, according to a press release by Sonal Patil, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority. Litigants can participate either in person or virtually (online), she informed.
This special Lok Adalat offers an opportunity for resolving pending cases at the Mumbai High Court, and Nagpur and Aurangabad benches through settlements facilitated online by the Pune Legal Services Authority.
Litigants with pending cases who wish to settle their matters are advised to notify their respective lawyers or contact the District Legal Services Authority or Taluka Legal Services Committee for more information, urged District Legal Services Authority Chairman and Principal District & Sessions Judge, Mahendra Mahajan.
